Mazda MX-5 Miata (2016+): How to Install ULTER Sport Quad Tip Exhaust Muffler - ND ND1 ND2 ND3 RF ST

This video shows the steps required to remove the factory axle-back exhaust muffler and install a new ULTER Sport muffler on a fourth generation Mazda MX-5 Miata (2016+ - including ND1, ND2, ND3, soft top and/or RF variants). It also details the necessary step to cut out the factory rear bumper cover on your ND MX-5 to make room for the additional exhaust tips. The specific car in this video is a 2020 MX-5 RF Grand Touring (without the Mazda appearance package ground effects) in Snowflake White Pearl Mica exterior paint. Overall, I am happy with the look and sound of this exhaust. Overall, it is not significantly louder than stock, but definitely has a deeper tone, especially at low revs. It is a very mild sound increase from stock, making it great for those that do not want a loud/drone-y exhaust for commuting. It is 100% wife-approved in my case. I like having a slightly louder sound when I'm driving my car in a spirited fashion but appreciate it's still very comfortable for average driving. If you're looking for an exhaust that is significantly louder than stock, I would recommend finding something less muffled than this one. ULTER Sport is a Polish exhaust company.
