What kind of flour makes the Best Pizza? I tried them all

We found the best flour for making pizza! And we got surprised along the way. We are going to make the same recipe with 6 different flours: Neapolitan 00 Flour, Italian 00 Flour, Manitoba Flour, Bread Flour, All-Purpose Flour and Cake Flour.
