This webinar focused on stakeholder relationship management, addressing, in a practical way, topics such as: • Identifying the company's stakeholders; • Methods for listening to and engaging stakeholders; • Examples of support tools; • Planning actions based on the results obtained. The session included the participation of Patrícia Brás, Director of Sustainability and Quality at Colquímica Adhesives, who shared her experience in implementing and leading management systems in the areas of sustainability and quality.
