The BAIC Beijing 3 is the smallest crossover from the Chinese brand sold in our market. It's 4.3 meters long and has a wheelbase of 2.57 cm. Its dimensions are comparable to those of the Dacia Duster, though it has a slightly shorter wheelbase. However, the car is larger than the Skoda Kamiq, Toyota Yaris Cross, and Suzuki Vitara. And the quality? It's similar to the Suzuki. The plastics, assembly, and finish are similar. Both Toyotas, Skodas, and small Volkswagens differ in quality. They also offer significantly more configurations and drivetrain options. The Baic Beijing 3 boasts a 1.5-liter turbocharged engine, which is its biggest advantage. It's dynamic enough to provide a comfortable ride, even with a trailer. Importantly, thanks to its large displacement and 136 hp, it proved less fuel-hungry than its naturally aspirated counterpart, the MG ZS. The Baic Beijing 3 is comfortable and comfortable, and the suspension performs surprisingly well on potholed roads, but this Chinese car doesn't offer many support systems. There's a rearview camera with dynamic lane markings and reverse parking sensors, ABS, hill-start assist, and emergency braking assist, but don't expect cruise control, a road sign recognition system, or a lane-keeping system. A speed limiter is of little solace. The price is supposed to compensate for all this. PLN 78,900 proves that the Beijing 3 is a pragmatic choice. The car is available in only one trim level, with one engine and one manual 6-speed gearbox. A paint color other than white requires an additional PLN 2,750. The Beijing isn't as modern or technologically advanced. For many drivers, this is a big plus. It has basic systems, manual air conditioning, and the ability to connect a phone to the car, but above all, it guarantees a dynamic drive with low fuel consumption.
