Welcome to a new episode of Fish Tales! I am preparing a fish fillet ‘en papillote’. En papillote is a method where the fish is wrapped in a paper package and placed in the oven. This way all the delicate flavours of the fish are preserved. If you want to prepare fish in a healthy, quick, easy, affordable and incredibly tasteful way, this is the recipe you are looking for. I am using gurnard, but you could use almost any other type of fish for this preparation.
