Learn English With Baseball Part 2 - Some Exciting Action!

Hey everyone, and welcome to my series on baseball. Here I have three goals: 1. Attempt to provide listeners with English content at their level. 2. Help learners who maybe did not grow up with baseball understand and enjoy the game. 3. Help people understand more about baseball culture. Don't worry about understanding everything. My videos are designed so that you slowly absorb the rules of baseball. That is why you will not hear me tell you ALL the rules at the very beginning. My goal is to have you just enjoy the game and learn slowly. Overtime you will just pick up the game. I recommend that you choose a team to root for because it can make it more fun, but if you cannot connect with any team don't worry too much. I know if you did not grow up with a sport it may be hard to fall in love with a team. But do your best! Even if you do not enjoy sports, this could help you connect with Americans around the world and learn to speak the language of baseball. If you are working in an American company, you may come across baseball words in your work. This is because sports words are often used in professional speech as well. So, learning this can also benefit you in your job! Anyways, hope you enjoy the game!
