[New Signals] BNSF 7285 Autorack Stops For Crew Change, Harbor Dr. Railroad Crossing, San Diego CA

[Filmed August 9, 2024] After I caught it switching at West 8th Street, I came here as In knew that this crossing had been overhauled by BNSF. Sure enough, as I had seen 2 weeks prior to this, there were new signals. Sad to see that this crossing no longer has the RACO Mechanical Bell and 8 inch lights. This crossing was rebuilt for the new bike lane that I was standing in and there are 2 new gateless signals along with there now being a cantilever signal on this side. Interesting that there are WCH Type 4s on the cantilevers and GS Type 3s on the gated masts which is something BNSF did in Fresno but never connected the WCH bells however here all bells are ringing. Just like always, the train stopped on the crossing for its crew change blocking it for about 35 minutes in which I stopped my camera to save the battery while the crew changed and lots of drivers were getting mad and backing up or turning around on the bike lane to get back around the train. Eventually it ended making this my third catch pfbthe freight but my first catch of the entire train. As it was getting dark, I called it a day after this catch. The engineer on this train was friendly and gave me a horn salute as he passed by.
