Subsequently, the president becomes responsible for drawing up documents, maintenance services and hiring. He also checks the quality of the works in the block and whether they are carried out on time. In turn, the tenants have the right to familiarize themselves with all the legal documents and to submit certain claims if they do not agree with some of the fees. Also at the general meeting, each tenant is presented with a report, expressing their agreement or refusal for all the changes that are to be made and will be reflected in the monthly invoices. Once the owners do not respect the payment deadline, they are informed by the association that legal action will be taken.
