Zentangle Easy Classic tile with Yincut and Laced from May 2010 Tangle Patterns website
One of my favorite and most used websites is the Tangle Patterns website because of the links to pattern step outs. I love to go back to see the earliest patterns that were released on the site. The very first pattern was Yincut by Zentangle, so I included it in this video. It happens to be one of my favorite patterns. Another favorite released in May 2010 is Laced, which is the border for today’s tile. In this video, I show you how to find the older “Archive” patterns and my tutorial about the Tangle Patterns website. Patterns used: Laced by Mary Elizabeth Martin, CZT Yincut by Zentangle, Inc. Supplies Used in the video: A 3.5” or 4” tile or any paper that you have Micron 01 pen and Micron 05 (or your choice of pens and colors) Graphite pencil Blending stump Optional: Colored pens or pencils Most patterns that I use can be found on the Tangle Patterns website https://tanglepatterns.com/ or on the Musterquelle website: https://www.musterquelle.de/ The Musterquelle site is in German, but you can change it to your language as needed. The Zentangle® Method is an easy-to-learn, relaxing, and fun way to create beautiful images by drawing structured patterns. It was created by Rick Roberts and Maria Thomas.
