In this video, I demonstrate and explain a powerful build for the exotic Blue Screen LMG, which combines support, crowd control, and DPS. This build is based on the four parts of the Mandatory Directive, the Grupo Sombra backpack with the Villainous talent, and the Petrov Defense gloves with armor damage. The power of this build lies in the fact that enemies are afflicted with the Bleeding status effect, which immediately activates bonus damage from talents and hollow-point ammo. This build delivers massive damage without the need for stacks. In practice, you get: 18% weapon damage from Villainous 50% weapon damage from hollow-point ammo 30% from the Sadist talent a total of 98% weapon damage without stacks If you're looking for a build that: controls groups of enemies, supports the team, while also dealing very strong DPS, this build is definitely worth checking out.
