*WORKING* How 2 make Blank plates (Also Dupe) GTA 5 PS4 /PS5/XBOX

Shout Out Shoe King (XBOX) Shout Out to AAACheetowack also Requirements : Bunker, MOC, CEO Buzzard or Sparrow ,Car with a blank plate, and a friend or 2nd console First you need to own a donor with a blank plate doesn't need to have a Yankton just a blank name Second have a second console or a friend on standby  Start off by you're bunker  Do the ticket booth glitch out method as you've seen for the car 2 car merge link is p (    • Grand Theft Auto V Online: Ticket Booth Gl...   ) After you do that walk into your bunker then go to the back of your MOC and drive out the car you want to put a blank plate onto  you can leave it in the parking space or move it in front of the golf carts  Walk to the exit and press exit give it a few seconds and then go into your interaction menu and go to manage vehicles and choose remote control vehicles and choose either a rc bandito or a mini tank  Once done that you will land at the docks get into the parking lot either register as a CEO and get a buzzard or request you're sparrow from the kosatka menu in service vehicles menu  I put my donor car in the arena , the car with the blank plate which is a bit easier to fly to Once at the arena walk inside and drive out the car with the blank plate  One of two things might happen you will fall through the map and spawn at mount chilliad or you will die , don't worry you didn't mess up  * VERY IMPORTANT PART TARGETING MODE IS WHAT MAKES THIS GLITCH WORK*  SO IF YOURE IN ASSISTED AIM JOIN FREE AIM CHEETOWACK OR ANAWACK, IF IN FREE AIM JOIN ASSISTED , JOIN ACCEPT FIRST ALERT DECLINE SECOND ALERT ACCEPT THIRD ALERT. X - O - X you're mini map will pop back up  Last part either you can Job Teleport back to you're bunker as I did in the video or fly a buzzard or sparrow back to you're bunker  Walk in and as soon as you get in the vehicle you will see the plate change to the blank or whichever plate you chose .
