World Heroes Mission Association have a new mission for class 1A Heroes in training. We are doing a recognizion mission on the capital city of the country of OTHEON. And for this one: Heroes Deku, Dynamight and Shoto will move to the city to analize it surroundings and find potential villains. But for this, they will need the help of some capeless hero that we hadn't seen since a loong time ago... THIS IS RODY SOUL! A very mischiveous but intelligent little fella who will help our heroes fullfill their mission, alongside his peculiar quirk bird Pino. They will guide the team of heroes through the chaotic city. What is destiny deparing to them in this new place? What will Kacchan, TOdoroki and Deku do when they find themselves in the middle of a chaotic new environment?
