Belarus 250 (T25) tractor pull at Orford Vintage Rally

A good old Belarus 250 (T25) having a go at a tractor pull at the Orford Vintage Rally event on the 15th of January, 2022. (Victoria, Australia) This little tractor only has 30 odd horsepower, probably a bit less over the years (produced 1979-1987), sporting a 2 cylinder, air cooled 2.1 litre diesel engine, running through an 8 speed forward, 6 reverse gearbox to the rear wheels which are 10-28 tyres. The owner, Rob, filled all the tyres with water for the best chance of getting the furthest pull possible, a great effort. 20 minutes north of Port Fairy, Victoria, a great turnout for the event, with plenty of tractors around for the pull, and many stationary engines in display across the event, as well as motorbikes, cars and implements, as well as sheep shearing competitions.
