CABO VERDE EP 3. Sant'Antão. Trekking da RIBEIRA GRANDE a CHÃ DE IGREJA.

After the first night on the island of Sant'Antão (Hotel Minga & Tatol) in this video I film the entire route on foot from the hotel about 1.8 km from RIBEIRA GRANDE to CHÃ DE IGREJA. The path is very famous on this island, perhaps the best known, tourist one. You pass through Ponta do Sol, then the scenic Fontainhas, and then further on through Corvo, Formiguinhas, Aranhas, Cruzinha and finally Chã de Igreja. Finally the return to Ribeira Grande with an "aluguer" taxi. At the end of the day there will be more than 30 km done today. A magnificent journey that I hope can be understood well from the images. In the next video I will show a bit of the path from Coculi to Espongeiro passing through Figueiral de Cima. NB: I know the video is long and rather boring and I would like to make each video, starting from the next one, much "lighter" and more fun, interesting.
