I’m your host Dr Christina Zampitella (aka Dr. Z)- I am the founder of the Center For Grief and Trauma Therapy in Wilmington Delaware. a Dr of Clinical Psychology, and a Fellow of Thanatology, with the Association for Death Education and Counseling.  I am also a survivor of grief and trauma, so my perspective on these topics is from personal experience.
