How is it different from a gas cooktop? In fact, Yuzuki's kitchen only uses gas, and copper pots cannot be used on an induction cooktop, so this was my first time making Dashimaki on an induction cooktop. [Egg mixture ingredients] 3 eggs 100cc ichiban dashi stock 6cc light soy sauce IH stoves have some inconveniences, such as concentrated heat and the temperature dropping quickly when removed from the heat source. However, as long as you understand their characteristics, you should be able to cook with them just like a gas stove! The stove we used this time only made a noise and heated up when we put the pot back on. However, some models may stop heating when the pot is removed.
