If they're fresh, you'll need to put a bowl of water with a little salt in the refrigerator, submerge the clams, and refrigerate them for about an hour so they release any sand. 2 chili peppers or cayenne peppers (to taste) 2 bay leaves Salt to taste Fresh parsley to taste Olive oil 1/2 head of garlic 300 ml white wine 👉🏼 I want to take this opportunity to thank you for your support...
