This vlog is of general interest to all county court claims - interim hearings are commonplace in big cases, even in smaller ones, and you can expect a lot of them before you reach trial (or settlement). I am doing a series around a big case we had in the autumn of this year that came to trial for 4 days at the Central London County Court, Royal Courts of Justice on the Strand, London. It is such a good case study because so much happened over 5 years and so every area of procedural law was, pretty much, covered.
