The Last Collie Tank in Blemish

War 108(able) the wardens encircled Blemish(Heartlands hex) killed the storage depot and are preventing logistics from coming in. They have a horde of tanks and are slowly creeping into the town. However the colonials were able to salvage one tank before the storage depot was destroyed. Will this tank make any difference in this fight?
