YROO XRKSVI GIRZMTOV Here it is, the grand ol' second part to the Bill Cipher Pibby stuff. Was it worth the wait? Who knows. One thing's for sure: I took way too long to finish this. It's definitely my most ambitious piece of work yet - whether that means it's the best I've made or not is up for debate. Either way, I think I learned a lot from it, and that makes it somewhat worthwhile regardless. For all of those who would like to use the song/assets in a mod, remix, cover, or other transformative project, feel free! Just as long as you give credit. UPDATE: Years later, I must admit I hold some regret using Uberduck for Bill's little voice clip at the beginning, but the video's been up for about 3 years now at this point. Using AI in sincere projects isn't something I particularly consider myself aligning with, and I would've handled it differently if I made it today. If anyone using this in mods or videos wants to swap that part out with a different audio, feel free. (Though that isn't mandatory, as it's my own personal mistake.)
