【CTサーファー】コナーオレアリー河村海砂 vs 昭和JPSAプロサーファー対決

Once again, I met up with pro surfer Sunagawa Haruhisa at Tsurigesaki Beach, the site of the Tokyo Olympics surfing competition. Known among us surfers as Shidashita Point, it's a high-level spot where competitors constantly compete and practice. Appearing there as special guests were Connor O'Leary, ranked 9th in the World CT surfer rankings, his brother Riku, and his mother, former JPSA Ladies' Champion Akemi Erasawa. Akemi's friend, now NSA board member Masae Sato, and even pro surfer Misa Kawamura made an appearance. It was a fun session with all these surfers over 60, a mix of old and new like a Showa-era JPSA alumni. After catching plenty of waves, we went to Ichinomiya charcoal grilled yakiniku for lunch, where we ate like crazy and laughed our heads off in the middle of the day—a memorable day.
