Ingredients 2 cups long-grain rice (rinse once before soaking) 6 cups of water 2 cinnamon sticks 5 cloves 12oz can of evaporated milk 14oz can of condensed milk 2 Tbsp of vanilla 1/4 of a cup of sugar Pinch of salt Tip❣️ If you like a thinner-tasting Horchata add an additional 2 cups of water If you’re in a rush soak in water for around 30 minutes and follow the steps shown in the video (Not my favorite, but it works) Soaking overnight or for a minimum of 8 hours, Your horchata is creamy and doesn’t lack the authentic flavors we love and look forward to from horchata.
