La Tatín de Tomate es una de mis tartas saladas favoritas porque es muy fácil de preparar y siempre sorprende a quien no la ha probado antes. La receta la puedes ver en tu pantalla del TM6 y TM7, pero en el video verás mis trucos para hacerla todavía más fácil de preparar. La puedes congelar antes de hornear por separado la masa quebrada y el picadillo guardado en un botecito o en cubiteras, o también ya horneada y solo la tendrás que sacar unas horas antes de comerla.
