One man. Four 'anti-Semitism' trials. Four wins.

In this interview, Mick Napier, co-founder of the Scottish Palestine Solidarity Campaign, discusses last week's legal victory after successfully appealing a conviction linked to allegations of anti-Semitism. He explains why the appeal court found there was no evidence of religious prejudice and argues that criticism of Israel and support for Palestinian rights are repeatedly and wrongly conflated with anti-Semitism. Reflecting on three earlier legal battles, Napier argues that each case ultimately collapsed when tested against the evidence in court. Napier's confidence that he will win in court is based on his clear and strong opposition to anti-Semitism and Zionism. Several leading names in the Palestine movement seem to have confused this by apologising or censoring words unnecessarily and weakening the movement against Zionism.
