Donald E. Scott: Modeling Birkeland Currents, Part 2 | EU Workshop

Dr. Donald Scott, author of The Electric Sky, made two major presentations at the EU Workshop, Nov 14-16, 2014, in Phoenix, Arizona. The first detailed how “polar configurations” are formed in space.
