Wandegeya Clinic survives closure

However, for clinics which are confined mainly to urban areas and have limited operational space, disposing of used medical material is a big challenge. Today, Wandegeya Medical center almost faced closure at the hands of KCCA health inspectors after its waste was found mixed with ordinary rubbish deposited by other tenants of the building that houses the clinic.
