These carrot & onion farmers are part of the Holland Marsh, an area of Ontario that is known for its' highly productive land that grows huge amounts of vegetables for Canadians. Set between Toronto & Barrie along Hwy 400, we head into the fields to learn from Bill about what it takes to grow carrots and from Avia about how important the area is to the province's soup & salad bowl.
