Thematic Group | 9th Symposium | Ukrainian & European Psychotherapy Alliance

Conducted by Olena Stupak (Head of the Psychodrama Section of the UUAP) and Olena Dobrodnyak (Training coach and supervisor in the method of the family systems psychotherapy). The Thematic Large Group was conducted using the method of the Reflecting Team. This method was created by Tom Anderson. According to this approach, a group of therapists or colleagues watched the main discussion and then openly shared their own feelings and warm, non-judging reflections concerning what moved them in the discussion. The Reflecting Team consisted of members of the Ukrainian and European Psychotherapy Alliance. The aim was to enrich the perspective of the Group, to create space for new meanings and possibilities, and to focus on the main resonant themes of Anger, Humour, Connection, and Love.
