Series FT 500 In-mould trimming with lower tilting platen The FT Thermoforming series are a pressure forming-punch and die machines with a lower tilting plate studied to fulfill the customer’s demand for medium and high productions of disposable cups, dairy containers and tubs that require closed cutting tolerance, high product quality fully automated processed. RS - Rotating Stacker The rotating catching plate takes the product gently from the mold and rotates 180 degrees to stack the product on a casing basket trough a mechanical catcher. Once counted, the pieces progressively are discharged, row by row on a conveyor belt for the subsequent operations. The RS model is a very flexible stacker enabling to stack irregular or none conical shaped products Do it right at the first time!
