Indie-Rock Trio Covers "I Will Always Love You" On The Spot (Ft. meija)
We teamed up with Jamie Sierota, aka "meija" at the legendary EastWest studio in LA to take on one of the most iconic ballads of all time - Dolly Parton's “I Will Always Love You” - with zero prep and only an afternoon. Armed with a musical "bag of tricks", Jamie did what he is best known for and experimented with tape loops, vocal effects, and gnarly guitar... all in the same room where Whitney once recorded her iconic cover of the same song. By the end, the band made a stellar cover in a room that shares a lot of history with the song.
