My family get together to cook some delicious kai (food) that many Māori enjoy eating here in Aotearoa NZ We cook titi aka short tailed shearwater, mutton bird or muttonbird with some tasty foraged from the wild PUHA. Also on the menu is fry bread, very sweet flavoured watercress from the pot.. AND some much revered puha toroi which is puha mixed with mussels.
