Ingredientes 1 1/2 libra de mollejas un poco de vinagre para lavar las mollejas 1 a 2 hojas de laurel 1 cucharada de sal cocinamos las mollejas por 2 horas 13 guineos (Bananas verdes ) 2 tazas de aceite de oliva o al gusto 2 cebollas cortadas en julian 3 hojas de laurel pimienta en granos al gusto 3 ajos machacado 3 cucharadas de aceitunas con pimientos rojo 1/2 taza de vinagre blanco sal al gusto pimienta negra fina al gusto ajo en polvo al gusto
