Sidewalk near hospital has not been cleaned for 5 years, making people angry

The footpath near the hospital hasn’t been cleaned for five years, which has frustrated the locals. For the past five years, the footpath near the hospital had been neglected — no one came to clean it up, weeds grew wild, rubbish piled up, and dirt and stones covered the whole walkway. This not only ruined the look of the neighbourhood but also seriously impacted how locals and patients could get around. A lot of people were frustrated having to squeeze through tall grass every day, with some spots even spilling onto the road, creating dangerous situations for pedestrians and drivers alike. Seeing this, our group of volunteers who specialise in free footpath clean-ups decided to pitch in and quickly get to work fixing the area. After just one full day of non-stop effort, all the weeds were cleared, rubbish collected, and the footpath was restored to its clean, open, and tidy state. The locals couldn’t hide their happiness, and many got pretty emotional, thanking our team warmly. Hopefully, through this small action, more organisations and individuals will take an interest in keeping our community’s living environment green, clean, and beautiful.
