Faut-il vraiment abolir le TDS ?

Sex work must be abolished: this is what several feminist movements have been demanding for years. In 2016, a law was passed. In France, it is illegal to use the services of a sex worker. Yet, for several years, I have heard the voices of sex workers rising up: "We are not victims, let us work." So, I asked myself: Does criminalizing demand endanger those who constitute the supply? Are feminism and sex work incompatible? What is this work like in 2026, ten years after the law was passed? Frankly, no one cares much about my answers to these questions. So, I preferred to give a voice to those who conceived the law, who implement it, or who vehemently oppose it.
