Bette Rogge Morse interviews former astronaut Frank Borman II, commander of Apollo 8, the first mission to fly around the moon, on the show “Cultural Scene.” Air date 2002. She received her master’s degree from UD in 1977. She served on the University's board of trustees from 1975 to 1981.
