A judicial barrier: the owners of a house through which a road was built are trying to destroy the road in court. The Kharyunin family in the village of Zavod in the Voskresensky District owned a private house and land. They built an extension to the house, formalized the deeds, and registered it with the cadastral authorities. However, the local administration got confused in the paperwork, and the new road was designed using the wrong coordinates, directly through part of the house. According to the owners, while they were working and not living in the house, part of the house was demolished to make way for the road. Moreover, both the local administration and the developer stubbornly refused to acknowledge the unauthorized demolition of someone else's property. Ultimately, the case went to court, and the house became an abandoned barracks.
