According to her, Chandrika was deeply invested in the relationship and wanted to meet her boyfriend's expectations. Hiramani Hasanda alleged that Bhimasen's behaviour changed over time and that he reportedly told Chandrika she was no longer attractive. She further claimed that another woman, Swati, entered his life, following which he gradually distanced himself from Chandrika and stopped communicating with her despite promising marriage. The mother also alleged that Chandrika had fallen into depression and that Bhimasen took advantage of her vulnerable condition, accusing him of orchestrating her murder.
