Rocky Road is super easy to make, and the key to a good Rocky road is to add equal amounts of sweets and nuts to the chocolate mix and to melt to chocolate slowly. The easiest dessert to take anywhere at short notice, to even to give as a little homemade gift to a friend or teacher. I add a little tag to my Rocky Road bags and they make super cute gifts. Homemade Rocky Road Recipe: 300g chocolate 200g marshmallows (2 cups packed) 180g soft sweets (1 cup) 80g peanuts I don’t recommend the same brand of snake sweets I used, you would want a softer sweet than that to make it easier to chop up and even better, not to have to chop your sweets at all..our local shop was a bit limited in choice at short notice.
