Rescuing A Rare 1974 Dodge Monaco ex-CHP Car From The Demo Derby Guys!

In this video we rescue a 1974 Dodge Monaco ex California Highway Patrol car from being demo derbied! This car came from a wrecking yard we visited last year where they are getting ready to crush a 1,000 plus cars. We are doing our best to save as many as we can. 1974 Dodge Monaco police or cop cars are so hard to find, many of them have been made into Blues Brothers clones over the years so these cars bring a huge premium. This car is a legit police package car in very restorable shape. A demo derby guy put his name on 50+ cars in this yard and we were lucky enough to talk him out of a few of the rarer police cars to save them. Current plan is for this one to be restored by a police museum in the midwest!
