Dave Rubin of The Rubin Report talks to author, lawyer, and Electoral College expert Tara Ross about why she thinks we need the Electoral College. Do you understand the Electoral College? So It’s more important than ever to understand what the Electoral College is and why America uses it to elect its presidents. Tara will correct many of the myths surrounding the Electoral College. She will also discuss the United States Constitution and what most Americans get wrong about it in regard to states rights.
