Working on the Tractors on the Farm Fiat 615R can I fix it

Fiat 615 in Barn or Paddock condition so what do you think will I get it running or hopefully also include its sister 615. But for today I need to worry about cooling system as its rusted through a hard pipe completely and I have spent 12 months trying to buy that pipe in 3 stores across Australia.
