I have a new house, or I want to redecorate my current one, or just a space. Then I follow these steps: 1 — SEARCHING FOR IDEAS (research, inspiration) I research and look for inspiration in magazines, Pinterest, movies, stores, and the internet in general, to find out what I like, what's trendy, and what's available on the market (more information translates into a better result). 2—DEFINE MY IDEA (I select) I already know what I like, now I create my MOODBOARD or inspiration board where I define exactly what I want: textures, colors, styles, type of atmosphere, and specific pieces I want to add to my decorating project. 3—PLANS I make scale plans of the rooms and furniture to analyze the best layout and to know what size my furniture should be. 4—SEARCH FOR FURNITURE It's time to search, now that I know exactly what I need. I search and compare at flea markets, antique shops, online stores, and physical stores. 5—BUY The time has come to buy, starting with the larger furniture pieces and ending with the decorative details. ..........
