This song is famous for its "stomp stomp clap" beat which is reused in jam sessions all the time. We Will Rock You was written by Brian May and released in 1977 which was added to their album "New Of The World." The Rolling Stone ranked the song number 330 of "the greatest songs of all time". In 2009 We Will Rock You was inducted into the Grammy Hall of Fame! Since it has been covered and performed by cover bands all over the world. It has also become a famous stadium anthem at many sporting events to pump up the crowd.
