A coupe version was presented a year after its premiere. It had the same length and width as the sedan, but was 4.5 centimeters lower and distinguished by a hardtop roof, i.e. without the center pillars. This is style and class in every sense. The Mercedes 280 C Coupe W114 was a polift version, available from mid-1973.
