Novi Tree Farm Trail - Novi, MI (AKA Lakeshore Park)

Maps, links and descriptions below. Took an easy lap with friends on the "World Famous Novi Tree Farm". This trail has portions that are over 20 years old and is a a classic example of old school Michigan mountain bike trail. While there isn’t much elevation, the first part of the trail (Aka Expert Loop) manages to take full advantage of the short glacial moraines. With the tight twisty nature and plethora of roots it is a great way to enhance handling skills, or just revisit what mountain bike trails used to feel like. NOTE: The section in the video called PBR/Spiderman is now called Frogs Pass, but I had listed the historical section names. Originally built by the MMBA SE Chapter in the 90's, in the early 2000's half of this trail was destroyed by land developers and had to completely be re-built.
