The Bard on Chains

“The Bard in Chains” follows Geralt through the criminal and religious underworld of Novigrad as he searches for Dandelion, whose reckless loyalty to Ciri has landed him in deadly trouble. The song mixes dark fantasy urgency with tavern-cabaret swagger, showing Dandelion as foolish, vain and ridiculous — but also brave enough to risk himself for the girl Geralt is trying to find. Musically, it blends Slavic folk metal with theatrical bardic energy, hurdy-gurdy, fiddle, tavern piano, gang chants and heavy rescue-mission momentum.
