It was October 2022 when Tops was closed for renovation, Yet just yesterday February 14, 2024, Tops held its soft opening, the place is amazing. However, we are still excited about what it can offer once it's fully operational. As for the means of transportation in going to the place, Tops has 6 buses today and is planning to make it 12 in the future. The bus is stationed at the Cebu I.T. Park Transport Terminal, the first trip is at 7am and the last trip from Tops to I.T. Park is at 3am. Roundtrip bus fare is Php200 inclusive of the entrance fee.
