STARSECTOR [0.98a] - Tempest Ship Review - Builds, Skills and Combat

The fastest ship in the entire game, if not counting with Safety Overrides, Phase Cloak or mods, that also counts with a complete package for a frigate, counting with great point defense, firepower and shield durability (armor/hull does not exists). Can pack a brutal punch or help your allies to take down mines, missiles and fighters, your choice my guy. Something I didn't mentioned in the video, Hungering Rift Tempests, although extremely strong, can't be spammed due to the limit of projectiles on the battlefield, so do not bring many of those. As well the best way to counter it, is by having a heavy PD layer of defense to destroy the upcoming rifts (observation made by @TheBouregard).
