Modelo sistémico en Trabajo Social: cómo entenderlo en 6 minutos.

The systemic approach is one of the tenets that consolidates Social Work, given that it views human phenomena from a systemic perspective. Social Work sees the individual as a system, which in turn is a member of other systems that have their own dynamics, affecting one another. The systemic model considers the family as a system with its own identity and a dynamic internal (among the family members themselves) and external (between the family and its environment) evolutionary development process. Pincus and Minahan designed a professional intervention model based primarily on systems theory. The Systemic Model (an overview) The systemic approach is based primarily on understanding that systems have properties distinct from the simple sum of their components. The systemic model shifts from the study of the isolated individual to the study of the system and the relationships between its constituent elements.
