Previously, he was a professor of Information Systems and Management Control at the Sloan School of Management at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). His work has been published in The Journal of Organizational Behavior, Management Science, and Econometrica; he is also the author of the Metamanagement trilogy and the Conscious Business CD program. Kofman holds a PhD in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley.
